Why book a home nursing care service?
Speedoc’s 24-hour home nursing care services aid in patients’ recovery by providing in care home services in familiar settings, reducing stresses and helping care recipients to feel more at ease.
Patients can also skip the queues at hospitals or clinics and have the flexibility to get personalised care at their own time and place.
What is the cost of a home nurse visit?
Our home nurse visit service starts from $91.56 and $130.80 (inclusive of GST) for visits between 08:00 to 19:59 and 20:00 to 07:59 respectively. This includes a 30-minute home-based assessment per patient. The fee includes Speedoc's house call nurses' transportation fees but does not include medicines and other consumables.
Every additional patient/family member who may require a nurse's assessment during the same visit will be chargeable at $52.32 per pax.
Please note that a $45.36 surcharge may apply for visits that extend beyond 45 mins.
How quick can I get a house call nurse to provide home nursing services?
Once your request for a home nursing care service has been confirmed by our Patient Care Team, we can connect you with a suitable house call nurse within 60 - 90 minutes anywhere in Singapore, depending on the complexity of the case.

Can I film my nurse during the appointment?
To respect the privacy and confidentiality of both our patients and staff, capturing of photographs or the recording of video and audio is strictly prohibited during the appointment.
What are your operating hours?
Our house call nurses and call centres are available 24 hours, 7 days a week, including public holidays. Call us at +65 6909 7799 to book a same-day appointment with our Singapore-licensed nurses.
Who are the Speedoc nurses?
All of the Speedoc house call nurses who perform home nursing care services are registered nurses with a valid Practicing Certificate with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) and have at least 2 years of ward experience.
Can I cancel or schedule my appointment?
You can cancel your appointment. However, there may be cancellation fees charged to your account.

Does Speedoc provide live-in nursing care services?
Speedoc does not provide live-in nursing care services. Speedoc does provide, however, quick and efficient home nursing services should you require immediate attention or assistance.

What languages do Speedoc’s house call nurses speak?
