You can call Speedoc to request for medical attention or care for yourself, or for any of your loved ones. Payment can be done through the app via cash or credit card.
IMPORTANT: IF YOU ARE EXPERIENCING A CRITICAL OR EMERGENCY MEDICAL SITUATION, PLEASE SEEK EMERGENCY MEDICAL HELP FROM AN AMBULANCE OR A HOSPITAL. THIS APPLICATION IS NOT SUITED FOR CRITICAL OR LIFE-THREATENING MEDICAL SITUATIONS.
Speedoc is currently available in the following cities:
Speedoc doctors are fully-licensed by the local Medical Council bodies. They also go through a thorough vetting and background check process before they are allowed to conduct house calls as a Speedoc doctor. When you’re matched with a doctor, you’ll be able to see their name and picture – so that you know ahead of time who’s coming to help you. If you have any questions, concerns or medical information that’s pertinent to the visit, you’ll be able to contact the doctor through in-app messaging and calling to convey this before he/she arrives.
Speedoc is available 24 hours, 7 days a week, including public holidays. To book a doctor house call, download the app for iPhone or Android. A late-night surcharge may apply from 8pm – 8am.
A Speedoc house call proceeds like a typical visit to the neighborhood general practitioner (GP). Upon arrival and verification, the Speedoc doctor will ask questions, run tests and diagnose your condition based on your signs and symptoms. He or she can also provide medical certificates (MCs), and perform laboratory investigations as necessary.
With Speedoc’s house call doctors, patients can skip the queues in A&E, clinics or hospitals and have the flexibility to get personalized care at their own time and place, 24-hours.
All of the Speedoc house call doctors are Singapore-licensed and registered with the Singapore Medical Council (SMC).
